do you have any 6-8 month leases for homes?

Do you have housing available in Detroit?
Do you guys allow pets in any of your rentals?
Pets are not allowed. I’ve let students have pets in 145 national for an extra $30/month; however, since I’m putting in new carpet this summer that will no longer be the case.
Do any of these homes have rooms available for June or July. Please let me know
